Bendix Air Intake
O-320 Carburetor Extension

CNC Machining

In-house CNC machining.  3-axis milling and 2-axis lathe capability.  Services suited for low quantity part runs.
Examples are custom Lycoming intake and carb spacer.

Pitts Sparcraft Aileron Brackets
Aircraft Smoke Oil / Fuel Tank

Custom Fabrication

In-house fabrication. 
Examples are aluminum aircraft fuel tank, steel aileron brackets.

Howard Aircraft Yoke Assembly

3D Design

3D Model creation using Fusion 360. 
Example is a vintage aircraft yoke incorporating autopilot disconnect and push-to-talk.  Part machined by customer.

Oil Filter Adapter

Prototype Development

Prototype and one-off development.
Example is a custom oil filter adapter for a Lycoming AEIO-540.
